How fast will my Silk Skillet order arrive? We offer three secure, reliable shipping options across the United States to get your kitchen upgraded right on schedule:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – Perfect for when you need that gorgeous cookware set ready for an upcoming holiday dinner or a last-minute housewarming gift.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? Every kitchenware item goes through a rigorous safety and structural inspection within 1-2 business days before leaving our floor. You will receive an automated email confirmation with a secure tracking link the moment your package is in transit.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses? Due to the size and weight of certain premium cookware sets, we primarily ship to physical residential and commercial addresses within the United States. However, smaller culinary tools can be delivered to P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses.

How do I maintain the "silk-smooth" non-stick surface? To ensure your cookware retains its flawless performance for years to come:

  • Use non-abrasive utensils made of wood, silicone, or nylon (avoid sharp metal tools).

  • While our pieces are highly resilient, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and mild dish soap once the pan has completely cooled down.

  • Cook over low-to-medium heat; our superior heat distribution means high heat is rarely necessary!

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely enchanted by your new kitchen gear. If a product doesn’t perfectly match your culinary style, we accept returns of unused, unwashed kitchenware in its original, undamaged packaging and box within 30 days of delivery.
